**Shipping**

At Its Momme, we take pride in crafting each physical item by hand and providing high-quality digital products and courses. Please note the following shipping guidelines:

• **Handmade Items:** Most of our products are handmade to order. Our current processing time for custom party favors is 1-2 weeks. We prioritize shipping based on your desired ARRIVAL date, NOT the event date itself.

• **Non-Custom Items:** For T-shirts and other non-custom items, our current processing time is 3-5 business days.

• **Digital Products:** Digital products, including templates, designs, courses, and ebooks, are delivered immediately to the email address used for purchase.

• **Custom Digital Items:** For custom digital items, please allow a maximum of 1 week for Mock-Up proof to be sent for approval with a limit of 2 revisions. Prior to shipping, we'll send you a proof via email for your approval. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address. Alternatively, you can provide your Instagram handle if you prefer to receive your proof via Instagram. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, your items will be automatically sent how it is.

**Returns**

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our physical products, as well as the digital nature of our digital products, templates, designs, courses, and ebooks, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or provide refunds for these items. However, we understand that plans may change. If you need to make adjustments to your order, such as changing the theme or items for physical products, you may do so as long as production on your order has not commenced.
